Dr. Belnap has practiced general adult psychiatry for over 30 years in California, Idaho and Utah. He is board certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. He received his medical degree from the University of Utah and completed a psychiatry residency at the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Belnap is married and has 3 sons. When not at work, he enjoys playing golf and strumming the ukulele.
Kaylee Norman graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. She attended Gonzaga University where she obtained her Masters in Nursing for Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Kellee Crockett graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with her Biology and Chemistry, BS. She attended Idaho State University where she obtained her Masters of Physician Assistant. She has been practicing Psychiatry since 2006.
Christine Birch graduated from The University of Maryland in 2005 with a History B.A. She attended Idaho State University where she obtained her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. After several years in Urgent Care she joined Bridgeway Health Services in 2018.
Renae Ramos graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor of science in Human Development. She attended Idaho State University where she obtained her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies.
Carol Belnap has a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Brigham Young University. She was a post-doctoral fellow in Behavioral Medicine at the University of Utah School of Medicine. Dr. Belnap is the clinical coordinator of our programs for treatment resistant depression.
Michael Dickson attended Boise State University where he received his Bachelor of Social Work degree with an addictions focus in 2002 and this Master of Social Work degree with a geriatrics focus in 2003. He received post-graduate education in the field of Health Psychology from Walden University. Michael joined Bridgeway Health Services as a licsenced independent contractor in June 2017.
Leslie Kelly-Majors graduated from Boise State University with her Master's of Social Work in 2008. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who adheres to EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) as theoretical approaches. Her areas of specialty in therapy are: trauma, addictions and chronic pain.
Jami D. Harris graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelors in Social Work, then went onto University of Utah to finish her Master's Degree in Social Work.
