Dr. Belnap has been practicing psychiatry in the Treasure Valley since 1997. He is board certified in Psychiatry and also in Addcition Medicine. He graduated from medical school at University of Utah in 1989 and completed Psychiatry residency training at the University of California, Los Angeles in 1993.
Dr Ayers moved from Idaho to Florida in 2011 to obtain his medical degree after graduation he received his post-graduate training through University of Nebraska and Creighton University in Omaha Nebraska. Dr. Ayers served as an Emergency Room Psychiatrist for the University of Nebraska before deciding to return to the Treasure Valley.
Donna graduated from the College of Southern Idaho in 1992 with an associates degree in nursing, her bachelors degree in nursing in 2004 and master's degree in nursing as family nurse practitioner in 2006. She has been working in psychiatry since graduation. In her spare time you will find her out in the trails with her golden retrievers or riding her bike on some country road.
Kellee Crockett graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with her Biology and Chemistry, BS. She attended Idaho State University where she obtained her Masters of Physician Assistant. She has been practicing Psychiatry since 2006.
Christine Birch graduated from The University of Maryland in 2005 with a History B.A. She attended Idaho State University where she obtained her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. After several years in Urgent Care she joined Bridgeway Health Services in 2018.
Renae Klein graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor of science in Human Development. She attended Idaho State University where she obtained her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies.
Carol G. Belnap holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Brigham Young University. She completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Behavioral Medicine at the University of Utah School of Medicine. Dr. Belnap is the clinical administrator of our TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) program.
Dr. Jill Mitchell has been practicing psychotherapy for over 25 years. Dr. Mitchell assesses the dynamics in relationships as she works with individuals and families. Dr. Mitchell is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) along with Brainspotting. Both approaches help address adverse life experiences and trauma.
Michael Dickson attended Boise State University where he received his Bachelor of Social Work degree with an addictions focus in 2002 and this Master of Social Work degree with a geriatrics focus in 2003. He received post-graduate education in the field of Health Psychology from Walden University. Michael joined Bridgeway Health Services as a licsenced independent contractor in June 2017.
Leslie Kelly-Majors graduated from Boise State University with her Master's of Social Work in 2008. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who adheres to EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) as theoretical approaches. Her areas of specialty in therapy are: trauma, addictions and chronic pain.
Jami D. Harris graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelors in Social Work, then went onto University of Utah to finish her Master's Degree in Social Work.
Rebecca Miller graduated from Western Washington University with both a Political Science and Canadian-American Studies BA's. She attended Kansas State University where she obtained a Master's degree in Middle Eastern Politics. Rebecca graduated in 2018 with a Masters of Counseling from Doane University in Lincoln, Nebraska and is credentialed as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
